EVENT BUDGETSSSS
Reading the Event Budgets article made me really glad my department has nothing to do with coming up with a budget because boy is that boring and awful. While the article was definitely very well written and was well structured, money and budgeting is not something that's interesting to me. My favorite part of the whole article was the random picture of a cat that they threw in during the section about having someone you trust look over the budget, and that's funny, because cats can't read or do budgets!
TOP TEN TIPS
This was another article with a lot of common sense stuff, but it was still a good read. While all the points were different, the biggest one that popped up in every single other point was simply to plan ahead. Figuring out all the potential problems and ideas for what you were going to do at and with the event was by far the most important thing to do, and I think it's important for us to do that, too.

Less easily measured, I guess it's just in overall approval from the public.
How much effort is required?
A whole ton of effort is required.
How many people or skills are needed?
More than one, that's for sure; I can come up with ideas and stuff on my own, but I need other people to make sure I'm going the right way and doing the right thing.
How complex is the project?
Mad complex, especially dependent upon which avenue of art design we decide to go down.
